Boris Johnson certainly has many critics of his eccentric and at times downright bizarre behavior. His bicycle sharing scheme however, will always remain one of the highlights of his career.  The scheme essentially allows you to rent a bike from one of the hundreds self-service locations dotted across London (using a debit or credit card). Undoubtedly a brilliant way to explore the city. We’d recommend a ride in Hyde Park and the Fulham/Chelsea area.

Unfortunately the common perception of London weather as grim is largely true. The weather tends to vary from downright awful to mildly depressing throughout the year. Why not capitalise on this and head to James Smith & Sons and arm yourself with some of the most stylish and high quality wet weather gear. Smith & Sons have kitted out a Prime Minister or two with their wet weather accessories and the jaw dropping Victorian style interior is definitely worth a browse even if you end up buying an umbrella from one of those dodgy street vendors. We’ve all been there.
